Thank you for putting in place the annual best and worst service provider’s awards. It makes companies aware that they are not alone in the market and see how they have been doing throughout the year. It’s a great initiative.

I have been reading The ServiceMag and I enjoy your Publisher’s Note. I have just read the one on Self-discipline and I learnt a lot from it. I am trying to teach myself, trying to be a work hard, learning to manage time and be organized. Thank you for your encouragement.

Je suis toujours passionnée chaque fois que je vois une nouvelle édition du ServiceMag. Quelle audace de vouloir améliorer la qualité de services au Rwanda. J’ai été aussi émue de voir le premier numéro du Burundi, je vous souhaite plein de succès parce que cela ne doit pas être facile.

It was with great interest that I read the current issue of The Service Mag. I particularly liked the story on "The truth about Diabetes" where we learn how to manage ourselves every day.
